The surgery is constantly trying to improve the health and wellbeing of its patients. Unfortunately we only tend to hear about things that do not go well, so it is very much appreciated whenever we receive compliments or comments of praise.
All feedback is then discussed at team meetings and included in the relevant staff performance appraisals.
Comments and suggestions for improvement are gratefully accepted, discussed at team meetings and, if appropriate, incorporated into our working practices.
If you have a compliment, comment or suggestion you can:
- Complete a form that is available from the reception desk
- Telephone the surgery to speak with the practice manager
